Michelle Balme has been in Property Management since 2000. Michelle joined the Ray White team in 2005 working out of our Reeves Road, Pakuranga, branch. Michelle has also owned investment properties and has a hands on approach to Property Management. Michelle delivers a professional standard of service as she has an extensive knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act.

Janice Walters has been working in Property Management since 2003, and has experience in managing a wide range of portfolio’s from City apartment living through to the Central, Eastern and Southern suburban areas. She understands the different dynamics of each area and is well conversant with the Residential Tenancies Act.
